From only 1.64 € per day (£1.17per day) you can sign with us the annual management contract. Services included in our management packages are for instance:

• Snagging of the property after completion
• Property Maintenance
• Key holding
• Security (supervise all access to the property and stay with
  builders in case of any building work needs to be done)
• Advertising
• Letting & Booking Management
• Cleaning & Laundry (special prices, please consult)
• Account Service (supervise that all bills, e.g. electricity, local
  rates, community fees etc, are paid)

If you are not renting your property, we offer a full management package for personal use. Your property will always be maintained, cleaned and ready for use. If you wish to rent your property, we advertise here in Spain as well as in England. Sol Rent, S.L. takes full responsibility for all properties under management and NO keys are handed to anyone without one of our staff present. We also insure properties for contents and deal with all future claims.

If you wish for your property to be managed by us then please let us know. It is important that we know as early as possible so that we can organize the snagging for your property as part of the agreement.
