THE BENEFITS OF PROPERTY
MANAGEMENT
Owners have bought for many different reasons,
such as main residence, second home, holiday
home and investment, or investment for rental
purposes. Whatever reason you have bought,
we will offer full independent management
service to your property, including cleaning,
laundry service, maintenance and repairs.
If you are not able to be here for completion,
then our management service can control
everything for you. For example, getting
the apartment furnished is one of the first
activities. It is imperative that all items
are accounted for under your instruction.
Once all ‘snags’ have been accounted
for, we will make sure that the apartment
has an industrial cleaning and is in perfect
order to receive all furnishings. Our team
will also be available to assist you in
the furnishing of your apartment. We offer
a complete furniture pack of good quality
that includes everything for the apartment,
including the terrace and the kitchen.

THE RENTAL MARKET
If you have bought your property as an investment
then you will require a rental programme.
If you are looking for a long term tenant
(11 months) then we already have waiting
clients at very good rates. This offers
guaranteed income with bills paid and is
a good choice to start with.
Coastal properties are ideal for golf holidays,
therefore we have already set up a golf
holiday programme. This programme offers
the complete golf packages including up
to five rounds of pre–booked tee times
on 5 different courses, car hire or collection
from the airport, and your property for
accommodation. There are 8 months of golf
season, making golf the main activity for
holiday lets. We already have apartment
owners on this scheme. If you wish to include
your property, then we will be delighted
to add it to the list.
The peak times of Summer, Christmas, Easter
and Half Term are also good holiday letting
times and will give the best return per-week
for lets. In addition, we are managing agents
for some of the major network estate agents
and get many inquiries from speculative
buyers looking for quality accommodation.
We even get bookings from other property
owners who are waiting for their own properties
to be furnished.
MANAGEMENT
CONTRACT
The annual management fee is 750€
plus VAT(16%). Even if you are
not renting your property, we offer a full
management package for personal use. Your
property will always be maintained, cleaned
and ready for use. If you wish to rent your
property, we advertise here in Spain as
well as in England. Solrent, S.L. takes
full responsibility for all properties under
management and NO keys are handed to anyone
without one of our staff present. We also
insure properties for contents and deal
with all future claims.
If you wish for your property to be managed
by us then please let us know. It is important
that we know as early as possible so that
we can organise the snagging for your property
as part of the agreement.
